Due to the nature of research chemicals, we are unable to accept returns.

No Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and the inability to verify the integrity of returned products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

•Change of mind or no longer needed
•Ordered incorrect product or quantity
•Product not suitable for intended research
•Opened or unsealed products
•Products held or seized by customs (international orders)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exception: Damaged in Transit

The only exception to our no-returns policy is for products that arrive damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

Document immediately: Take clear photos of the damage before discarding packaging
Report within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide evidence: Include your order number and photos in your email
Receive replacement: Verified claims will receive a replacement shipment

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.
